Apprentices/School Students

Within the scope of a school internship, school students have the possibility to have a more detailed view on our company and on apprenticeships.

Assuring a supply of qualified employees by providing good training is a top priority at ALTANA. This is an important factor since it ensures that the company remains competitive.

 

For this reason, apprentices play a major role at ALTANA. Directly from the beginning, they are integrated in the day-to-day professional life following the motto "Encourage and Support". Experienced committed instructors offer them guidance and assistance in the process.

In our German locations alone, we currently offer over 100 apprenticeship positions for different professions. The training rate at our German locations is currently approximately five percent.
