The success of a company is based on the commitment and performance of each individual participant. One of the most important tasks and responsibilities of the management is therefore to inspire and motivate staff to meet the set goals.
A good leader recognizes the potential in each individual employee, challenges them to improve further in their fields of strength, and brings out their development potential. A leader has the ability to handle changes "proactively" and in a future-oriented manner and fosters communication that is open and based on partnership.
On six interdependent training days (spread out over approx. 6 months), the participants define and practice the success factors of a goal-oriented and people-oriented management style.
