The personnel development options at ALTANA are as versatile as the company itself. At ALTANA, personnel development is considered an investment in qualified and motivated employees - the basis of our success.

Different personnel development programs at ALTANA give particularly highly talented, performance-oriented, and motivated employees the opportunity to prepare intensively for upcoming tasks.

The five regional DPs (Regional Development Programs) in Asia, China, the US, Italy, and Germany are held primarily in the country's respective language. The international MDP (Management Development Program) requires excellent knowledge of the English language as well as mobility.

Our development program CDDP Innovation is mainly aimed at particularly talented, performance-oriented and motivated employees with a background in the natural sciences who are looking to enhance their personnel development in the ALTANA Group and, unlike our other programs, requires a job transfer.

Besides personal further development, the programs offer outstanding networking opportunities with colleagues not only from other units but also upper management. Visiting and becoming familiar with a variety of ALTANA sites gives the participant an insight into the various activities taking place within the group. Our staff profit from networking inside the group by achieving their targets and dealing with their daily duties. In addition, program participation represents an interesting opportunity for professional development.
