Training Programs

Qualified and motivated employees are the crucial capital necessary for a company's long-term success. For this reason, we encourage and support our employees anywhere. We offer a number of different further education seminars each year:

  • ALTANA In-house Seminars: ALTANA offers these seminars for all of its employees across Germany. Aside from the training, they promote the exchange between employees and also provide a good opportunity to get to know coworkers from other units / companies / divisions. The ALTANA further education program, includes seminars on Communication, Project Management, Self-organization and Time Management, Business Administration for Engineers and Technicians, Presentation Training, Creativity Techniques, and more.

  • Local seminars: The in-house seminars offered by ALTANA are supplemented by seminars hosted by our local companies. This includes, for example, data processing and foreign language classes.

  • External seminars on specialty topics are available as well.
