Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the further development of the Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud for BYK Instruments
- You maintain the product backlog, formulate user stories and set priorities and goals in close coordination with the process owners in the specialist departments
- You have budget responsibility
- You understand the concerns of our customers and internal stakeholders and specify new requirements in close dialogue
- You develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap
- You are responsible for test management
- You work closely and according to Scrum with the development team as well as with the IT and Salesforce team at our corporate headquarters

Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience as a product owner
- You have experience with the Salesforce Sales, Service or Experience Cloud and have successfully completed the corresponding Salesforce certification
- You have experience in working with Jira, Confluence and Xray
- You are not only proficient in agile methods, but also have an agile mindset
- You have a strong understanding of processes and systems
- You are decisive, enthusiastic and have a quick grasp of things
- You have excellent communication skills, a strong solution-orientation and are a cooperative team player
- You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
