The BYK division manufactures innovative additives as well as testing and measuring instruments for the coatings and plastic industry, and provides for surface gloss and scratch resistance. BYK Instruments can effectively evaluate the quality of color, gloss and appearance as well as the physical properties of paint, plastic and paper products as an important part of quality control.

Employee Customer Care Center Italy (m/f/d)

Your task structure

You will assume responsibility for the telephone advice and support of our Italian customers as well as the acquisition and clarification of quotes, orders and invoices. You will implement marketing and telesales campaigns, process customer data in our CRM system and take on customer acquisition. In addition, you will cooperate closely with our international and national Sales Managers. You will be either working in Geretsried or Milano.

Working experience in sales and administration of office processes | responsible and organized | markedly commercial profile | friendly on the telephone | fluent written and spoken Italian | good written and spoken German and English skills | proactive, flexible and capable to take initiative and make decisions | team player | management capacity | knowledge of MS Office and CRM software | experience in telemarketing preferred
