ALTANA sells polyurethane foam additives business
The specialty chemicals Group ALTANA sells the polyurethane foam stabilizers business of its BYK Additives & Instruments division to Evonik Goldschmidt GmbH. An agreement to that effect was signed today. The staff who have dealt with the development and production of the polyurethane foam stabilizers will remain employed at BYK’s main factory in Wesel.
