Management

The Executive Management Team is an advisory body which, beside the Members of the Management Board, comprises the four heads of the Divisions Additives & Instruments, Effect Pigments, Electrical Insulation, and Coatings & Sealants as permanent members. Other members appointed by the Management Board include the Head of Human Resources, the CTO and the Head of Corporate Development / M&A.

The meetings of the Executive Management Team serve to exchange information between the Management Board and the other members. In addition, strategic and operative questions are analyzed and discussed in the Executive Management Team, especially as regard their effects on the different Divisions.
