Changing Agenda, by 2020 around
70 percent of all of our management positions
are to be occupied internally. Also,
we aim to further strengthen the internationalization
of our management. To
achieve these targets, we have developed
a systematic talent management con-
cept. At the center of the concept are our

are geared to this purpose. They offer
