In planning the new ALTANA image campaign, there was only one objective from the outset: to pinpoint the importance of our employees for the success of the specialty chemicals group. To this end, so-called testimonial stories were used which underline the brand value of ALTANA from the example of an individual.
Parallel to this, the shooting for the ALTANA identity film began. In the many conversations held with staff both in front of and behind the camera, between Ascoli in Italy and Zhuhai in China, Wallingford in the USA and Hartenstein in Germany, one thing became increasingly clear: ALTANA prepares the ground on which people can rise above themselves. This sets ALTANA apart from its competitors. Customers sense this and experience it on a daily basis – in the quality of the products, ground-breaking innovations, a unique service, sustainability and a sense of responsibility.
The fact that ALTANA is able to communicate this idea to the outside world today with its current campaign is all down to our employees. Special thanks are due in particular to the colleagues who have contributed their own face and voice to the campaign. It is they who lend authenticity to the glimpse into the world of ALTANA in the first place. All the people who you see in the campaign, in advertisements and films are people who work at ALTANA, who you could easily come into contact with.
